My name is Karina
I am the older sister.I love spending time outdoors.I spend a lot of my free time hiking, traveling and working out at my crossfit gym.I currently serve my community as a full time firefighter.I dreamt about being a firefighter from a very young age and I couldn’t be happier to be doing just that.When I am not on shift you can find me running my cheese business with my sister Daisy.

I’m the younger sister.I love spending time with my family, watching movies with friends and spending time with my dogs! I’ve always been super passionate about reaching out to my community in a creative way.It’s been a dream of mine to become a business woman from a young age.I’ve been an entire now for the last 9 years! I have a good eye for detail, and this has been particularly helpful in my work ventures.I currently run the behind the scenes of our cheese business full time.
We are Karina & Daisy, the women behind The Charcuterie Sisters.Together we run and own our catering business.
We’re a sister duo who offer one of a kind charcuterie boards, graze tables, and much more.It’s always been a dream of ours to run a business together and what better way to do that than by creating delicious & beautiful charcuterie boards together! We offer a variety of menu items that can cover anything from small intimate gatherings all the way up to large events.Together we serve & cater the DFW area.
