Frequently Asked Questions

How soon should I book for event catering?

We like to say the sooner the better! For small events we recommend 1-2 weeks in advance, for medium sized events we recommend at least 1 month in advance, and for large events such as weddings we absolutely recommend that you book ASAP to secure your wedding date and time.By doing so, Our brides/wedding coordinators now book us 6 months to 1 year in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate last minute orders if we are open and available.

How long will my board stay fresh?

Please enjoy your board on the same day it’s delivered or picked up for ultimate freshness. Cheese is intended to be eaten at room temperature, however leaving the charcuterie board out for more than 3-4 hours can lead to spoiling.

Do you deliver?

Due to the high volume of orders we currently only offer delivery on orders of $100 or more for a fee. If you’d like to place a delivery order for $100 or more please contact us here. But of course pickup is always free.

How does pickup work?

We offer local pickup in Arlington & Mansfield, Texas. When placing an order please select which pickup location works best for you. We will send you a reminder text the week before pickup & the day of pickup.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders canceled 48 hours prior to pickup or delivery date will receive a credit towards a future order. Orders canceled within 48 hours of pickup or delivery date are ineligible for a refund.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Please be advised that all of the items on our menu are prepared in a kitchen space that may contain these ingredients: milk, wheat, eggs, soybean, peanuts, and tree nuts. For this reason cross contamination may happen. If you have severe allergies please do not consume our products for your safety.

What is the serving size for graze tables & charcuterie boards?

All recommended serving sizes are based on appetizer portion. If serving as the main meal we recommend sizing up.

Can we choose what ingredients come on our charcuterie board?

Please note that all cheeses, meats, produce, etc… are based on what is seasonally available. We carefully select all ingredients for our boards. If there’s anything that you absolutely do not want on your charcuterie board we are happy to accommodate.

Are you insured or licensed?

YES! We have both our license and insurance. If your event menu is requesting a copy of these documents we'd be happy to send them their way.

My charcuterie board made it home. Now what?

Place the board in the fridge right away. We recommend pulling it out 20 minutes before consuming it because everything tastes better at room temperature.
